If you run out of credits, your campaigns will be temporarily disabled until credits are replenished. This means no emails will be sent until more credits become available. Other platform functionality may be disabled as well. To avoid interruptions, we recommend keeping an eye on your available credits. We’ll also send email notifications warning you of low credit balances.
If you decide to do so, you may turn on auto scaling in your account, where your plan will automatically move to the next credit tier for uninterrupted campaigns.
