Open an Email Thread
Navigate to the Inbox and click on the email thread you want to associate with a task.
Click "Add Task"
Select the "Add Task" option to open the task creation panel.
Review the AI-Generated Task Title
The system will automatically generate a task title based on the email thread.
To edit the title, click on the title header at the top of the inbox view and make your changes.
Add Task Details
Enter a task description in the provided field.
Set a Due Date: Specify when the task needs to be completed.
Assign a User: Select the user responsible for the task.
Save the Task
Once all details are added, click Save to create the task.
Update task titles, descriptions, or statuses directly from the task panel.
Assign or reassign tasks to ensure efficient collaboration.
